Diabetes and the nerve system

According to an idea in science, diabetes decreases as a result of parasympathetic effect    

( without experimental check ). Some facts indicate the opposite of this. Example:

            1-Diabetes increases at nights.

            2-Diabetes decreases after stomach resection.

            3-Sugar in blood increases when Medulla Oblangota is scattered. ( “Diabetes Injection”               K.Bernard,1877)

            4- The role of  stimulating intrareceptors of Vena Porta in the mechanism of decreasing  sugar in blood by insulin.

            5-Reducing diabetes by local infiltration anesthesia in the waist area of animals which have alloxan diabetes.

            6- Insulin increases when the front part of the  limbic cortex is scattered.

            7-Releasing Diabetes in some situations by Porta internal transplantation of islets after the subtotal resection of pancreas and duodenopancreatectomia.

            8-Getting stronger of exocrin secretion of pancreas when its vagus is stimulated.

            9-Decreasing the exocrin secretion of pancreas by vagotomy at the level of esophagus hole of diaphragm.

            10-Not having an effect on pancreas by selective vagotomy.

            11-Increase of diabetes after mental trauma or in the case of  encephalon blood vessel disorders.

            12-Fall of the sugar in blood in some neurosis patients.

            13- In people who have died because of purulent wound intoxications, in spite of existing a huge  atrophy in the excretor share of pancreas, such variations  are very poor conspicuous ( even not conspicuous )  in the incretor share, even  *much times the islets increases. ( Experience of soviet medical science in the second world war ) 

            According to my idea, between the excretor and incretor parts of pancreas, there is an antagonist relationship and the vagus effect is reciprocal to these parts. ( Sympathetic effect is like this too. -B- adrenergic reseptors stimulates the insulin secretion, while the  -A- adrenergic receptors decreases. Lateral Hipotalamus increases the insulin secretion, Ventromedial decreases.

            The  filogenetic  physiology meaning of the reciprocal between the exocrin and endocrin parts of pancreas can be explained like this.

Facility of the exocrin part of pancreas must be increased when the himus is passed to duodenum  0,5-2 hours after getting food. At this time it is not necessary to increase the incretor facility, oppositely this facility must fall. ( Living is hungary, the amount of sugar in blood is low ) Incretor facility must increase  3-5 hours after the meal. ( It is known that in lots of patients at the beginning periods of diabetes, 3-5 hours after the meal hypoglisemia is seen and it is believed to be the beginning of diabetes. ) 

            According to the Daosizm phylosophie, there is antagonism between the exocrin (Yan)  and endocrin ( In ) facilities of the pancreas. According to this phylosophie, the facility of pancreas is maximum in the mornings. “Morning candle" phenomenon is explained by this.

            The pathogenesis of diabetes can be explained schematicly like this:

            Defect gen + patogen factor         Disorder of materials exchanges           Disorder in integrative facilities of encephalon           Increase in the vagus effect on pancreas           Decrease in  insulin.

I propose to make selective vagotomia (example: Cutting the  r. coeliacus n. Vagus ) in intact animals and which have  tested diabetes in order to attest whether the idea above is true or not.
